BISP Payments for June 2025 Begin: Check Your Cluster and Bank Details

Pakistan’s most impactful welfare program, the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), is all set to start its next phase of payments beginning 11 June 2025. This time, payments will be rolled out in five specific clusters, covering districts across all four provinces—Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan.

Each cluster is partnered with a different bank to handle the disbursement process efficiently. If you are a BISP beneficiary, it’s crucial to know your assigned bank and payment center to avoid delays.

Cluster 6 – Bank of Punjab (BOP) Takes the Lead

Bank of Punjab (BOP) will manage payments for Cluster 6, covering districts in both urban and rural areas. These include Dadu, Jamshoro, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Chaman, Pishin, Tank, Toba Tek Singh, Mianwali, and Multan.

Beneficiaries from these districts must visit the nearest BOP-designated agent or center with their original CNIC. No photocopies will be accepted, and biometric verification is mandatory.

BOP has ensured extra staffing at its payment points to minimize wait times and improve the payment experience for families, especially women traveling from distant villages.

Cluster 9 – HBL Assigned for Mixed Provinces

Cluster 9 will be handled by Habib Bank Limited (HBL), covering a mix of districts from Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, and KP. These include Khairpur, Harnai, Ziarat, Sibi, Lakki Marwat, Okara, and Sheikhupura.

If you belong to one of these areas, prepare to visit an HBL payment camp starting 11 June 2025. Bring your valid CNIC, and make sure your thumbprint matches during biometric verification. If you recently changed your CNIC or registered a complaint, call the BISP helpline before visiting the camp to confirm your status.

Cluster 4 – JazzCash Covers Sindh-Only Districts

JazzCash, a major digital wallet platform in Pakistan, has been assigned Cluster 4. This includes Sindh-only districts such as Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Matiari, and Umerkot.

Women in these areas can collect their payment through JazzCash agents by showing their original CNIC and verifying their identity through biometric scanning. One big advantage here is the availability of JazzCash retailers even in small towns, which makes it easier for women to collect payments without traveling far.

Cluster 13 – HBL to Disburse in Nine Districts

HBL has also been given the responsibility of managing Cluster 13, which consists of nine districts across multiple provinces: Ghotki, Zhob, Loralai, Duki, Buner, Haveli, Gujranwala, Layyah, and Bahawalpur.

If your name is registered in BISP and you belong to one of these areas, go to an HBL point of sale on or after 11 June 2025. Keep your phone charged, as you might receive a confirmation SMS with instructions.

Only eligible female beneficiaries are allowed to receive the payment. If your CNIC is blocked or under review, make sure to check with your local BISP office before heading to the payment site.

Cluster 1 – HBL Serves Key Punjab Cities

Cluster 1 covers several major cities of Punjab, including Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, Gujrat, Sargodha, Bhakkar, and Khushab. This cluster is also managed by HBL.

Payments for these cities will start from 11 June 2025, and beneficiaries should visit the designated HBL-authorized camps. Bring your original CNIC, and make sure your mobile number is active in case BISP tries to reach you.
